About Me and That’s StitchTastic

My name is Angela, and I am a zany married woman, house wife (Currently buried in laundry!), mom of 3, and home educator.  I am a city girl with a country heart.  My primary project is cultivating an urban homestead, complete with  4   10 backyard chickens, 1 8 rabbits, 7 garden beds, and 2 dogs.  Somewhere in the hustle and bustle of it all I still make time to knit and appease my yarn addiction.

I have been knitting for over 15 years, starting in my teen years as a self taught crocheter and knitter.  My knitting repertoire includes the ever popular socks, shawls, and scarves. It also includes countless nappy covers, baby afghans, baby booties, and baby hats. Knitting for new babies just seems a natural thing to do.

I am a certified instructor through CYCA.   I am privileged to share my love affair with creating things from 1 hook, 2 sticks, and some string by teaching knitting  and crochet classes in Tulsa and the surrounding area.

Thats StitchTastic was created to share my love of Knitting with the world, and to tell about the lives who touch mine with yarn and thread.
