My name is Angela, and I am a zany married woman, house wife (Currently buried in laundry!), mom of 3, and home educator. I am a city girl with a country heart, cultivating an urban homestead, complete with 4 backyard chickens, 1 rabbit, several garden beds, and 1 dog. Somewhere in the hustle and bustle of it all I still make time to knit and appease my yarn addiction.
I have been knitting for over 15 years, starting in my teen years as a self taught knitter. My knitting repertoire includes the ever popular socks, shawls, and scarves. It also includes countless nappy covers, baby afghans, baby booties, and baby hats. Knitting for new babies just seems a natural thing to do.
I am privileged to share my love affair with creating things from 2 sticks and some string by teaching knitting classes at Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts in Tulsa, and other small groups in the Tulsa area.
Thats KnitTastic was created to share my love of Knitting with the World, and to tell about the lives who touch mine through yarn.
